All tea towels are stored in a warm and smoke free environment, and we will take great care and diligence with your order. Returns We stock good quality tea towels. However, in the unlikely event that your purchase should arrive damaged or sub-standard, please use the Contact Us website facility and wait for our instructions. We will reimburse your return postage costs and will send a replacement (free of charge) when the damaged/sub-standard tea towel is received. We will keep you informed by email. We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations, and you have the right to return your purchase to us, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt. However, the tea towel must be in the same new condition, still tagged, and not been used. In this situation, you pay for return postage costs.
