On the secure checkout page, fill in your billing address and delivery address details. Your order can be sent to the billing address or to an alternative gift address. Payment You can securely pay with your credit card and debit card via - £ Pounds is the displayed UK currency. If you live in Europe, you have the option to change the displayed currency to Euros, and securely pay in Euros via PayPal. If you live in the USA, you have the option to change the displayed currency to US$, and securely pay in US$ via PayPal. Please note that NoChex and Google Checkout payment options will automatically return to the £ Pounds prices, with payment debited in £ Pounds. First Class P&P to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) Free delivery by Royal Mail. Europe Airmail Euro 1.35 / Pounds £1 per tea towel. USA, Canada, Australia and Rest of the World Airmail US$3.60 / Pounds £2 per tea towel. Delivery Schedule Your order will be processed within a couple of hours, and will promptly be despatched to you on the same working day (weekend orders will be despatched on Monday morning). For delivery to your door, please allow : UK - 2 to 5 days for First Class Post Packaging We use top quality, professional packaging for your order. All tea towels are stored in a warm and smoke free environment. We will take great care and diligence with your order. Returns We stock top quality tea towels. We quality inspect each tea towel before your order is packaged. In the unlikely event that your purchase should arrive damaged or sub-standard, please use the Contact Us website facility, quote your order number, and wait for our instructions. We will reimburse your return postage costs and will send a replacement (free of charge) when the damaged/sub-standard tea towel is received. We will keep you informed by email. We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations. You have the right to return your purchase to us, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt. However, the tea towel must be in the same new condition, and not been used. In this situation, you pay for return postage costs.
